Olivier Forget is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience leading engineering and construction teams and projects, including with a major main contractor as Project Manager on stay cable bridges in USA and Thailand. He has held positions such as Head of Testing and Supply Chain Quality Control, and Industry and Product Pole Manager, at a leading international specialist subcontractor, where he also served on the Scientific and Executive Committees for twelve years. Olivier holds a civil engineering degree and postgraduate master’s in civil engineering & soil mechanics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.

Bruno Valsangiacomo is a successful entrepreneur and multi-industrialist. He is Executive Chairman of the Tectus Group of Companies and a Board Member of various Group companies. Since 1991 he has diversified the Group’s activities into media, entertainment and television via the ITI Group. He has also pioneered new technologies in construction engineering, with innovative uses of virtual/augmented reality and artificial intelligence. As co-founder and Chairman of Screening Eagle Technologies, his current predominant focus is on sustainability through CO₂-effective applications and technologies. Bruno graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Economics and Administration in Zurich.

Marcel Poser is an accomplished entrepreneur and business strategist with over two decades of experience across various industries, including information technology, software, construction engineering, modular buildings and real estate. He serves in key leadership, governance and coaching positions within Tectus Group, and co-founded Tectus Dreamlab and Screening Eagle Technologies. At ¹û¶³´«Ã½ he was CEO from 2006 to 2011 and has been Chairman from 2006 to 2022, resuming in 2024. Marcel's professional journey began with an apprenticeship as a steel construction specialist, followed by engineering degrees from Zurich University of Applied Sciences and The University of Texas at Austin, with further business studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Cambridge. He received the Outstanding Engineering Award from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016.

José Manuel Illescas has been a Board Member of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ PTE since 2008 and heads FCC’s construction machinery division. He started his career in 1985 and worked for a number of leading Spanish construction companies, where he gained experience and developed expertise in the field of bridge technology and the construction of other concrete structures. By the early 1990s, he was fully engaged in post-tensioning activities and special construction techniques and, in 2004, became CEO of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ PTE. José Manuel holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where he specialised in mechanics-construction.

Gianni Moor is a senior executive with over 25 years of international management experience. As COO and then CEO of Mageba Group, he grew the company from 35 FTEs into a global leader with over 1,000 FTEs. He joined the Tectus Group in 2023 as a member of the Executive Committee, focusing on driving sustainability in new construction and preservation of the built world. Gianni holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, and an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Romano Fanconi heads the Finance, Administration and Legal Department of the Tectus Group, which he joined in 1995. He has served as Corporate Secretary of ITI Group for over 20 years. Within the Tectus Group, Romano is a Board Member of Proceq S.A. and ¹û¶³´«Ã½ VT International, and an alternate Board Member of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Holdings (S) Ltd. He is also a founding partner of Metaverse Holdings Ltd. and a Board Member of Icelandic Water Holdings. Romano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Economics and Administration in Lucerne.

Kristian Holth is CFO of KB Gruppen Kongsvinger AS and KB Gruppen AS, one of Norway’s largest family-owned building and construction groups. He is a Board Member of Spennteknikk International AS, the parent company of KB Vorspann-Technik, KB Spennteknikk and ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Polska. He is also a Board Member of AF Gruppen ASA, the second largest public construction group in Norway. He previously gained extensive experience at McKinsey & Company. Kristian holds a Master of Science degree in the field of industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Warwick Ironmonger has extensive management experience in eminent multinational contracting companies and a leading global engineering consultancy. He is CEO and Board Member of Spennteknikk International AS. Of these subsidiaries he is Chairman of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Polska (Poland) and Spännteknik AB (Sweden), Director of KB Spennteknikk in Norway and Managing Director of KB Vorspann-Technik in Germany and Austria. Warwick holds bachelor of engineering and master of engineering science degrees from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Since its founding in 1999, Erik Tømmeraas Veiby has been General Manager of Betong Øst, which has grown to become a billion-dollar company. He serves in the group management and as Chairman of the Board of the owner company, Nordic Concrete Group, Norway's largest ready-mixed concrete company. He also serves on the board of Norway’s second largest construction company, AF Gruppen ASA, and is Chairman of KB Gruppen Kongsvinger. He is also a Board Member of KB Gruppen and of several other group companies as well as a family-owned private investment company.
